Directions
1. Wet your skin in the bath or shower.
2. Lather the cleanser onto a loofah or washcloth.
3. Apply a generous layer all over your skin and leave on for a few mins.
4. Rinse it off thoroughly.
5. Gently pat your skin dry with a clean towel.

SOS Muscle Soak & Polish (150g)
Soothe tired muscles, relieve aches and pains, and revive circulation with our wild-crafted synergy formulated with Arnica, St John’s Wort, Comfrey, Lavender and Immortelle and additional plant extracts chosen for their comfort giving properties. This formula can also be used as a relaxing foot soak and skin smoothening body polish.
Directions:
1. To use as a bath soak, add 4 teaspoons to running water and swirl to disperse evenly.
Soak for at least 10 minutes.
2. To use as a body polish, add a teaspoon of powder to your hand and mix with a bit of
water to create a paste.
3. Exfoliate the skin in circular motions and rinse when done.
