Keren’s passion 

We all want to make a difference and somehow contribute to uplift our communities that are most vulnerable. As a mother, children are where I think our focus should be. To love and care for a child is the most spectacular gift of surrender for your heart. In Africa, so many are fatherless with no means of income, and need to walk a long and hard road to school. It is my passion to provide shoes for these precious feet through our initiatives, the smiles on their faces will uplift any spirit to do more.

These children come from families who just can’t afford to buy school shoes for their children. When there’s a choice of feeding the family or buying shoes, it’s no surprise that food wins. Sadly, this means children have often turned away from the school gates because they don’t have the regulation shoes.
